Hirsch Identive Technical Support Representatives provide technical assistance over the phone to authorized Hirsch Identive channel partners and registered customers. Services are available Monday-Friday, 6am-5pm (PST).

Hirsch Identive is pleased to offer a variety of training opportunities. The Hirsch Identive Learning Center is a world-class provider of instructional programs for Hirsch Identive products. The training programs are designed utilizing modern instructional design principles assisted by subject-matter experts to maintain the highest level of internalized learning.
